Kindly note: CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) not available on bespoke/custom tailoring.

Where all do we deliver?

We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Kindly note Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code. We send couriers through reputed companies like FEDEX, AFL, ARAMEX.  

To ensure that no disputes arise, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. No deliveries are made on Saturdays & Sundays in most countries where 5 days work culture. Also on Festivals courier companies have holidays. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country. In special cases we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays, kindly have a word with our customer representative for special delivery cases.

Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partner, does not make any pick-ups on those days.

Sending gift(s)?

We take great pride in being able to offer FREE SHIPPING to any address in India to our customers with family and friends anywhere in India. To ensure the quickest confirmed delivery on all orders within India, please be sure to include the COMPLETE postal address with the correct PIN CODE. We cannot be responsible for postal delays resulting from incomplete address listings. For a special or preferred delivery date, the sender must mention the delivery date in the gift message box when placing their order. If the order does not contain any delivery date, then it will be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

Shipping Cost

We provide free shipping in INDIA. For the rest of the world we provide shipping at economical cost.

Packing method & transit times:

All products are first polythene packed then put in respective high quality cover’s of the garment(s) and then in corrugated box. All orders are shipped by 1st class air courier services and home delivered within maximum 3 working days in any part of India after dispatch of the shipment. In international the courier is delivered within maximum 5 working days in any part of the world after dispatch of the shipment.

Please note that all the garment(s) will be shipped from India.

Order processing time:

In ready-made size order(s) the shipment will be processed within 48 working hours. If the product is out-of-stock then it may take 5 to 7 working days depending on the garment to process the order. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular garment(s). Inconvenience is regretted.

For bespoke/custom tailoring orders the processing time are as follows:

For kurta sets:-

Simple kurta sets- 2 days,

Embroidery/ handwork designer kurta- 7 days.

For suits & blazers:-

Executive suit- 2 days,

Tuxedo- 2 days,

High neck blazer- 2 days,

Party wear linen blazer- 2 days,

Jodhpuri suit- 10 days

Designer partywear/ reception suit- 10 days.

For sherwani/indo-western:- 7 to 10 days depending on the work of the  sherwani/indo-western.

Note:- The time frame mentioned here is approximate. Sometimes it may take longer because most items are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques which may occasionally be in short supply. We will inform you immediately just in case we require more time for a particular garment(s). However sometimes it may happen that your garment(s) is ready before time, in that case you will receive your order before time. We will put in our best efforts to make sure that your garment(s) reaches to you on time.  

Shipment and tracking details:

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.

Address change request:

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. For assistance contact customer care.

VAT & Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. However we try our best that no major duties or taxes are levied on you by your customs department.

The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
